PCAOB
Public Company Accounting Oversight Board — US regulator of public company auditors.
The PCAOB was created by SOX in 2002 to supervise auditors of US-listed companies. It establishes auditing (AS), ethics, and quality control standards. AS2201 governs the integrated audit of internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR).
